1 Definitions

3 Account Registration and Security

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.5  kkfb77 aims to process verified withdrawal requests within one (1) to four (4) business hours for mobile financial service methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) and within one (1) to three (3) business days for bank transfer methods. These are target timeframes and are not guaranteed.

4.6  All funds deposited into a Member's Account must originate from payment instruments registered in the Member's own name. Deposits from third-party sources are prohibited and may result in Account suspension and refund of the relevant deposit amount.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1  kkfb77 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and other incentives from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which are published on the relevant promotion page and must be read in conjunction with these Terms.

6 Betting Rules

7 Prohibited Conduct

7.1  The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or insider betting

7.2  Where prohibited conduct is identified, kkfb77 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the Account, void all pending and settled bets placed in connection with the prohibited conduct, withhold or forfeit the Account balance, and report the matter to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

8 Responsible Gaming

9 Intellectual Property

9.1  All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, software, and game content — is the property of kkfb77 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9.2  Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. 10 Limitation of Liability

10.3  kkfb77's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member into their Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Privacy and Data Protection

11.1  kkfb77 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

11.2  kkfb77 employs 256-bit SSL encryption and industry-standard security protocols to protect personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and kkfb77 cannot guarantee absolute data security.

12 Account Suspension and Termination

12.1  kkfb77 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms have been breached, where continued operation of the Account poses a legal or financial risk, or where required to do so by applicable law or regulatory instruction.

12.2  A Member may close their Account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon Account closure, any verified real-money Balance will be returned to the Member via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and deduction of any applicable fees.

12.3  Upon Account termination, whether initiated by the Member or by kkfb77, all Bonus Funds are forfeited. kkfb77 has no obligation to return Bonus Funds under any circumstances.

13 Amendments to These Terms

13.1  kkfb77 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, kkfb77 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice by publishing a prominent notice on the Platform or by sending a notification to the Member's registered email address.

13.2  Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Clause 12.2.

14 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

14.1  These Terms & Conditions shall be construed and governed in accordance with general principles of international commercial law applicable to online gaming platforms, and any dispute arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts relevant to the place of incorporation of the Platform operator.

14.2  In the event of any dispute between a Member and kkfb77 regarding bet settlement, account transactions, or bonus eligibility, the Member must contact the support team in the first instance. kkfb77 aims to resolve all complaints within five (5) business days of receipt.

15 Entire Agreement

15.1  These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable sport-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between kkfb77 and the Member with respect to the subject matter herein and supersede all prior understandings, representations, and agreements.

15.2  If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
